Well I'm not going to make excuses. I have NOT been tracking OR making good choices. I didn't make it to my meeting last week because I was camping. I just do poorly when I miss a meeting.
I am walking again. I am on day two of tracking. I can do this. I am going to do this. I am a warrior!
