Goodness I am finding it harder and harder to eat out. You think you are ordering one thing and then when it comes you know that is not going to be healthy. In Ontario, and I believe all of Canada, if you have a chain of restaurants you must put how many calories are in the item. When I see the amount of calories in one dish I shake my head. Trying to find something under 600 calories is very hard unless you get salad and to be honest I can get a little tired of salad. Today I got something that was the lowest calorie on the menu and it was almost 700 calories. That pushed me over my limit which I always get upset about. Something tells me not to eat out again before my surgery. Then I can keep a hold of my calories.
