So I resumed riding my bike to work week; 20 miles round trip so I know that the next week will be much harder to keep my weight in check. So far I'm just up a pound or so, but weeks 2+ should fix my plateau.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
