229.8 .... no steps .... to much food intake ... too much sleeping

im eating crappy foods and LOTS of it too and sleeping a lot ....

im not a happy camper these days
229.8 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
