Thanks! I worked my butt off the past 3 weeks. I'm such a procrastinator... I'm a USAF Reservist. Even though this is out of the way, I'm still going to continue with eating right and the cardio... I've still gotta get that 6-pack picture! Although... I think I've earned a carb up/spike day... hehe. Time to splurge on some thin crust pizza bwahahahaha. Back on it tomorrow!!
