Well, I just did the 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds and feel pretty good. I've been messing up quite a bit lately. I've had this craving for salty stuff (chips and salsa or popcorn) but am stuffing myself with everything but. I need to read some motivational stuff to get myself back on track.

eek! that salt is NEVER a good idea! Salt retains water and that causes weight gain! What helps me to stay on track is to think about why I started the diet to begin with (health, appearence..ya know) Also, set a date that you can call a goal date. For instance "If I lose 10 pounds in three weeks then I'll get a new shirt and go out to dinner"... see what i mean? It always helps me! Good luck with your diet! I know its hard but I also know you have the strength to make it through!! much love!

Hey girl! You can keep doing this! Try some green olives or pickles if you are craving "salty", maybe those can help ya out?? I recommend lots of TEA!! Have never been much of a tea person, until about a year ago... heard about how good green tea is for you and started to brew it like sun tea and use a bit of sweetner in it on ice, YUM! I am finding a new love of hot tea, as it is really helping me when I think I'm hungry! It's really satisfying, as I have an array of flavors to choose from and am trying to buy flavored green teas. My newest fav is the Raspberry Pomegranate Green Tea, by Stash!! ;) You're doing great, keep it up!

hi buddy ... i do not know if that gonna help you .... but what i do is i look through my old clothes that i used to wear before i gain weight and encourage me to keep going !! what you feel is normal and means that you are in the track ... search the site on members that lost some weight and the web for some successful weight lose ! make a deal with your self that if stay away from what you are "long" to eat now ... that you would buy something sweet !! i hope i help you in ant way , keep up the good work
