Estimated my calories for dinner tonight and last night, but I think I came close to accurate. I allowed myself to "cheat" today and enjoy a good pasta and bread dinner with my husband. We are spending my birthday weekend in the mountains and the dinner was wonderful even though I know I went way over my RDI.
