Still getting weighed blind, dietitian covers the numbers so can't see. Don't know if losing, maintaining or gaining. Calories I'm required to consume remain the same so I don't think I'm losing.

they're want me to gain, they won't lower my calories. I wish they would, finding the amount they want me to consume hard.

At the moment I'm counting calories to ensure I'm meeting the amount required, though panic when I go over the min set
they want me to eat min of 1800 but prefer if I have 2000, 2500.
Though I jump back and fourth between wanting what they do, and wanting to lose.

I would say all on here are trying to develop a healthier relationship with food.
