So, yesterday my husband and I went to his Great Aunt and Uncle's 60th wedding anniversay. Can you imagine the loyalty and love it takes to stay married that long! It was so beautiful seeing them dancing together...
Well, I think I did quite well eating! I made sure to fill my plate with fresh fruit, and salad, skipped the ribs, and had a serving of chicken, a little beef and some chili. I even limited myself to ONE bite of cake! I wanted to taste it, but after that, I gave it to my husband, so I wouldn't sit there picking at it until the whole piece is gone. I think the watermelon counted as my dessert. I even had iced tea with splenda, and skipped the bar - everyone was complaining that the drinks weren't that good anyway, so why waste the calories?
I'm feeling really crampy today, so I'm staying in bed. I'll probably just take some Vic and go to sleep.

Good for you! You made lots of healthy choices. Hope you feel better soon. It is hard to be strong when you aren't 100%. But you can do it!
