Woke up today more sick than I was yesterday. Will be going to the doctor and I suspect he’ll put me on antibiotics. I need some advice as to what I can eat that is low carb and very high protein so that I can boost my immune system. I suspect that I have gotten sick because of the drastic change in my diet. I really just want a burger right now. 🙁🙁🙁

Chicken soup is known to assist in fighting flu. Add extra black pepper and add some Ginger to it as well.

I second the chicken soup suggestion - a greek lemon chicken soup is a favourite of mine, I just don't include the rice.
also, biltong!
