Try really hard not to stress about the lack of loss. That's really the way it goes sometimes. You didn't put the weight on in a short time. Unfortunately, most of us don't take it off in a short time unless we only have 5 or 10 pounds to lose. Try to remember to just keep telling yourself that you're worth whatever it takes to be slim and healthy, because you are worth it!
I'll bet next weeks weigh-in will see you down several pounds. I know it's disappointing, but we all have rough spots in the road once in awhile.
