I just had a major victory. I live in Kansas, home to some of the best BBQ on the planet. My company brings in lunch for employees that work through lunch, which happens to be nearly all of us. Today they brought in a ton of BBQ with all of the sides. I walked into the lunch room and was almost floored by the wonderful smell. Still, I pulled out my Smart One lunch, dutifully nuked it, and then left without once grazing at the wonderful food laid out in front of me. I love BBQ and that was a major victory. If I can keep up that level of willpower, well, success be mine...

Great job on resisting. Doesn't it feel good afterwords. I won a battle with the pizza monster last week. Fought with ordering pizza, researched the lowest calorie pizzas, ordered 2 med (buy 1 get 1 free). Ate 2 slices and for the first time in my life, I threw the rest in the garbage. I felt great. You did even better by not eating any BBQ so keep up the good choices.
