Okay 1 pound lost since Tuesday. Better than nothing. I have an exercise plan in place and hope to start seeing better results. It's just so hard to wake up at 5:00 a.m. to work out (I have to exercise before the kids wake up... so early morning is the only free time I have.), I'll get used to it though. Loosing a little is better than gaining a little!
