WOO HOO!! I finally made it to 10 lbs down! Slooooow and mostly steady is the way I roll LOL. I complain about not losing like everyone else, but if you look at the overall time it took, (5 lb/month) that is really a god pace to lose at. I am going to try not to complain so much :)

Suzi is absolutely correct. When we lose at a slower pace, we appreciate it all the more. If there was a magic pill that gave us instant thinness - we wouldn't stay there. Your doing wonderfully - enjoy!

You're doing awesome!!! I agree with Suzi too, if you lose it too fast you probably wont keep it off, but you're doing it the right way!
