I'm so frustrated. I gained 1.5 pounds this week. I have resolved to work even harder. I did 4 miles in 52 minutes yesterday and 4 miles in 54 minutes today. That is by no means a record, but for a guy that couldn't even walk 2 miles 18 months ago, that is pretty good.
