A small article in the paper is titled "Diary is key to weight loss". Supposedly per a Kaiser Permanente Center for Healthy research study, the single best predictor of wt loss was whether you kept a diary. They apparently followed 2000 dieters. So I will try to use this as the kick in the butt that I need to get back to journalling.
