I will weigh in today and tomorrow on FatSecret, then I am going to weekly weigh ins on Tuesdays. Cutting out all the processed foods really had made me feel better. It is amazing. Will I be able to keep those comfort foods out of my life for good? I would like to, because I feel some much better w/o them, but there is something to be said for convenience when you work full time. I will just try to plan better. I would also be doing it for the better for my kids, too!
