OI. With all the baking today, I have kind of overcompensated for the temptation of the chocolate cake by eating sugar free jello, hard candy, and fudgsicles. Shouldn't hurt the diet, but dang, my stomach is not too happy with all those sugar alcohols.
I feel woggly!! :X

Hope you are feeling better. Take it easy and dont push yourself too hard on the dieting. The idea is to make it an achievable lifestyle that doesnt feel too much like dieting. Then you dont fall off the wagon so much.
