gak jadi naik 2 kilo 😂 padahal tadi jam 10 makan ( >500 kalori) jam 11.50 beratnya 56,7 jam 13.45 an beratnya jadi 56 .-. Btw ini kadar lemaknya bagusan kalau normal apa yg sehat si? temenku 12,..% normal
