Even with the holiday yesterday, I managed to keep tabs (mostly) on the food. The early morning bike ride helped with that, and then I spent almost 2 hours working in the yard (okay - it was mostly weeding, but it needed to be done). Today we will cut up the watermelon. I planned on a crock pot dinner. Will need to avoid those white potatoes. I forgot to get a finger stick before breakfast, so i'll need to check in a few times later today. Time to get to the mowing and edging.
178.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
