I have just started the Keto diet. There are lots of books on it at the book stores. I have found some good guideline/meal planning info on Pinterest. It is my understanding that, of course, you should watch what you eat and the amount you eat at all times, but on Keto you really knuckle down and do very few calories and carbs for 5 straight days every month. There is a lot more to it than that, but I think those are the raw basics.
