I see a lot on here about the keto diet. It all seems very confusing to me. Is there a website that could help me out. I’m the type of guy that needs specific meal planning instructions. Because I don’t understand a lot about nutrition or anything else when it comes to food. I’ve always been the type of guy to just eat everything that was placed in front of me and never look back. Trying to make changes but finding it very difficult to find information online because one website will show All pro information about keto diet then the next website is nothing but cons about the diet. I would like to try it but will need a menu plan or something

I have just started the Keto diet. There are lots of books on it at the book stores. I have found some good guideline/meal planning info on Pinterest. It is my understanding that, of course, you should watch what you eat and the amount you eat at all times, but on Keto you really knuckle down and do very few calories and carbs for 5 straight days every month. There is a lot more to it than that, but I think those are the raw basics.
