58 lbs down and 134lbs to go till I’m at my goal weight. I know it sounds like a LOT but I have already come so far! I can’t believe I’m already 58 lbs down....holy shit Batman! That’s like a damn six year old I just worked off! God I’m so proud of myself! I won’t lie I cheated some and had my ups and downs but just cause I stole a cookie or drank a soda doesn’t mean my cheat snack needs to turn into a cheat day! Every time I messed up I account for it in my calorie intake and if I didn’t have enough I made sure to subtract it from the next day to try to even out. We got this guys. It sucks and it’s hard and god knows I don’t want to do it but we will be so proud of ourselves when we are done!

It's truly a journey, and it looks like you've committed yourself to it and know what the end goal is! Also, we're all human, so cheats happen, and it sounds like you kinow what to do when they occur! Keep at it and let us know how we can assist!

Whenever my friends start a diet, I always tell them it is ok to slip once in awhile. It is not ok to give up! You are amazing, 58 pounds - wowoww!

I like what you say and I think the same way. Portion control - it's okay once in awhile to have a Pepsi if I can work it into my calorie allowance (I am not on a low carb diet). That's why I have 1/4 bagel for breakfast - it's only 60 or so calories. And congratulations on 58 pounds! That is my first goal. So far I've lost 49 pounds with 9 to go before figuring out my next goal.
