Another great day! Maybe it helped that my dinner guest is a vegetarian. I was able to plan a dinner that was delicious and helped me eat a lot of veggies and stick with my plan. I was even able to have a small piece of cheesecake for dessert.

Part of this worked because I got so busy early on that I didn't eat much during the first half of the day. I should probably try to even out my eating so it is steady throughout the day rather than a big bang in the evening. I am not sure how realistic this is for my lifestyle though. Is this something that really matters? It was not as if I was wasting away from hunger all day.

Looking at my weight history graph, today is a pretty dramatic drop. I don't expect every weigh in to be such a smashing success. I don't think it would be healthy if it was! I know I am very gung ho about this right now. It is hard to think that I could overdo it! That was really something I hadn't considered!
