I have a question. I don't know how many points to start with. My weight is 175. Help someone please

Answer the following questions and assign the corresponding points value: 1 - Male (8pts) or Female (2pts) 2 - Age 27-37(3pts), 38-47(2pts), 48-58(1pt) 3 - Height 5'1"-5"10" (1pt), over 5'10"(2pts) 4- Activity Level - I do not know all of these. The only one I know is teacher (2pts), so maybe you can figure out your activity level from that more or less 5- First two digits of your weight. For example, because you weigh 175, you get 17 pts for this question. Add all points from the questions. Plus, you get 35 flex points that you can use anytime throughout the week - but you don't have to use them. WW experts, does that sound correct? I hope that helps and makes sense. Godd Luck :)

Last comment was suppose to say Good Luck and everything looked beter when I typed it on my screen. All questions were vertical, now they're all jumbled up. Hope you can make sense of it

your daily point range is 20-25 points. try to plan your meals around 23-24 points a day. this will help you stay with in your points.
