i thought being a chef would be easy with controling myself to eat healthier but its hard when u gotta taste everything....but keeping a positive mind so far so good...feeling good too.
241.2 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
