This morning, for the first time in a month and a half, I had what for me was a normal Sunday morning breakfast. An omelet with one biscuit and jam, and potatoes. Did not sit well with me. It must have been the sugar, or maybe the extra carbs. Whichever, that meal did not stay around long.

1825 kcal Fat: 116.00g | Prot: 128.21g | Carb: 69.16g.   Breakfast: jam, butter, biscuit, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), goat cheese, spinach, Organic Sunday Bacon, eggs, Olive Oil. Lunch: Olive Oil, eggs, Organic Sunday Bacon, spinach, goat cheese. Dinner: Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), eggplant, kale, green beans, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other: Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Sticksters Colby Jack Cheese Sticks, Triscuit Thin Crisps Parmesan Garlic. more...
