Dear Journal,
I have decided to take a fat burner and cut my daily calories by 500 & do ONLY cardio for a week straight (resting 2 out of the 7 days), and working out hard enough to burn 700-800 calories in a session. I did this yesterday and ended up losing 1/2 lb. It's not much, but definately a start! I hope to see some results with not weight training as my butt and thighs and arms are just getting bigger w/out tone. I hope to see an inch melt off of my butt and thighs and arms and gut!! Yay!! I hope this is the answer! Maybe there is light at the end of this dark tunnel of trying to get hot for the summer~~
