just for inspiration people, if you're here on this site it's because you need/want support, don't want to feel like it going through this alone whichever journey you're on. anyone who judges you while you're trying to change yourself for the positive isn't worth your time when you're trying to improve yourself, unless it is a life-threatening emergency for family or friend don't let anything get in your way. the only thing that should be getting in your way to make changes in yourself are you. I've heard this all too many times directed at me because I've had too many things given my way I've made too many excuses. when you're trying to change yourself there is no time or space or room for excuses, if you want it you can do it, we all can. Now, just think positive, and get off your ass and get moving., lol
