Had a bad day, really bad. Didn't feel like doing much of anything, got nothing accomplished. Didn't even feel like eating. At least I stayed strong on the diet front. Didn't exercise at all, just moped. I am assuming that doesn't burn calories....

Sucks that you had a bad day! But, you should be really proud of yourself for sticking to your eating plan even when you didn't feel quite right. Normally, that's when I'd be running for the cheesesteaks and soft pretzels.

OH thats no good chicky!! I have those days to :( but at least you didnt fall off the wagon!! That deserves a pat on the back!!! R u taking vitamins?
