I have been doing well all day... skipped Jack in the Box with the kids in favor of a spinach salad. I have to find a lower fat answer to salad dressing though. I have avoided the brownies and the box of candy on the counter with great success. I rewarded myself with one piece of candy last night after a great day. Perhaps I will earn a beer tonight! :)
I still have poker night ahead of me, but I am feeling good going in. I think portion control is the key to making this work. I know I can do it.
