I have been sticking pretty closely to the diet. I did have a very small piece of chicken last night with my salad. I know we're not supposed to have any meat, but I really felt like my protein was low. Not the worst cheat I guess. Anyways, I am so SUPER EXCITED to be more than half way through with Detox!! WOO HOO
