I weighed 142.5 at home and 144.6 at WW. I lost 2.8 lbs in 2 weeks at WW. I think this crazy busy week contributed to the loss. Only 2 days of exercise (boot camp cycling class) but a pick increase in my normal activity being on my feet a lot more at work. My goal is to keep my weight between 142 and 145. The crazy thing with me is that I usually gain weight once the outdoor cycling season begins. This year my goal is to still consume the calories I need on the bike but to make healthier choices. When I first started Fat Secret on Jan. 4th my goal was to get down to 150 lbs. But secretly I really wanted to get down to 145 but I really didn't think it was realistic. I was so brainwashed into accepting the post menopausal weight gain that I didn't think it was possible to get back down to this weight. The yoga workshop with MJ taught me to let negative thoughts like these go.

Wow! You are really on a roll. You must have your metabolism whipped into high gear now. I think the yoga workshop was a great help to me as well. You look great!!! I think you will do just fine this summer with the cycling. You are more aware now. How is Noah and family?
