Today was supposed to be my rest day but I ended up deep cleaning my house, printing/filling out Girl Scout Cookie thank you cards, then doing a 1.5 mile run/walk in 21 minutes. My legs are probably going to hate me later, they’ve been pretty sore lately but... I think I might actually like working out. The amount of satisfaction and positivity it brings me everyday is overwhelming and I just don’t think I want to give up that feeling for even 1 day!
