MEALS: Supper 5:20pm- Brussel sprouts partially cooked in microwave and then sautes in 1 tbsp real bacon bits. Frozen serving of Mu Shu Pork Filling serving I put in freezer. Heated it in microwave with 1 cup of bean sprouts. Dessert yogurt with blueberries & 1/4 banana.
SNACKS: 2 squares 75% dark chocolate, 8PM 1 small banana, 10pm 1 large pear,

THOUGHTS: I have to have a better schedule for meals as both pills need to be taken after eating a meal, but also at the same time each day. That will be challenging because I usually eat only when I feel hungry.
