Morning workout
Insanity: 40 min pure cardio


So last night we had a Sonic run and I completely blew my diet.
Well on to another day. I am going to try and follow some of insanities meal plan. Not the entire thing but some meals here and there.
Might do some swimming with the kids later today. Depends on the weather and if it warms up some. I am really excited about havinga pool. Just another form of exercise I can get in and a tan wouldn't hurt, lol.
