I have figured it out. So, I always try to burn more energy then I take in. So, if my net calories is a loss of about 1000 every day then in about 4 days I would 1lb. Seeing how I am eating like 1500-1800 calories/day and I burn like 3000--my goal is to one day burn 5000 in a day--I can lose weight quicker.
