It is not that hard, especially if you do it gradually. By adding some extra fat with your meal, you will find it get easier and easier. I've done IF for about 10 months, and the only time I crash is when I forget that extra fat with my meal.

I read that you follow Dr. Berg's suggestions. I have been watching his & Dr. Berry's videos. I see you have consistently lost fat with IF. This gives me hope! Thanks Diddlee.
