I ran today... like actually ran. It’s been at least 5 years since the last time I ran. 2 minutes of walking and 2 minutes of running, after 30 minutes I finished with just walking till I got to 2 miles. The sun is out today! I’m going to get a shopping list ready and a plan for my garden this year then walk another mile to pick up my kids from school.

Congrats! Do you run outside or on a treadmill? Treadmill myself, to cold outside for me. ❄ I'm still not up to running yet, just bursts of intense power walking... but I can do a mile in less than 30 mins now! Looking forward to being able to run too! 😊

@Phoenix84 I do it on a treadmill 😊 it’s pretty rainy here most days lol. It was hard, but doable especially with the 2 minute intervals!
Keep doing what you’re doing, each day you’re building a little more strength and a little more stamina 😁

That's awesome!! Ironically I ran today too for the first time in about 10 years. I only ran for 2 minutes and then walked for 10. I did that for 3 miles and really felt good! You are only going to get stronger and healthier every day, way to go!!

@ny_shelly I don’t think I could have done it any other way, I couldn’t believe I did that for 30 minutes... so many times I wanted to just walk lol.
