This is a rant, sorry. Yesterday I got sabotaged by my hubby, yeah I know he didn't hold a gun to my head but still.... Yesterday it was cold so I had a bowl of chili for lunch, followed by an orange. Normally I would have had some chocolate, but I'm trying to re-think my "relationship" with chocolate. I wondered if I could make it all day without any chocolate (fat chance, literally <angry face>). We went to the mall about getting me some new glasses, but on the way out my hubby dragged me into Candyopolis and insisted I try something. We ended up buying some brownie bites. Later at home he said he really shouldn't have done that - no kidding??? That night I ended up watching a movie instead of getting on the treadmill (that one's on me), then I got an aggravating email that kept me awake, then the dog started whining to be let out at 5am, so basically right now I'm running on too little sleep & not enough caffeine <even angrier face>. Makes me wanna say "Happy freakin' Monday," but I think I'll just get another cup of coffee instead. Okay, rant's over, sorry 'bout that again.

Shake it off and move on. Coffee can be a good friend on a day like this. Don't beat yourself up, eat healthy today and go to bed early. The only good thing about a bad night's sleep is that I usually sleep great the next night. Hang in there!
