Spring Break for me!!! Yay! In the past I probably would have looked at this week as a vacation from everything, ESPECIALLY eating well--I used to have the "hey, it's vacation--you deserve it" attitude...but this time I'm going to look at it as a no-excuses week...I will have the TIME to exercise, rest, and prepare healthy meals. NEXT Sunday's weigh in will show what I could do if I were independently wealthy. :) I'm a little afraid of this Sunday's weigh-in though. Haven't had optimal eating for a meal or two...and I started new bc pills that seem to mess with me. I know it's not a long-term situation but they definitely affect me in the beginning. I will prevail though...even if it's not THIS Sunday.
