Got up this morning and did 16 out of the 20 minutes of Jillian Michael's shred. Annoyed that I couldn't finish but was involved in a fight for the shower and I have to get ready for work. :-( Will finish the whole thing tomorrow. Scale is up, but I knew that. Have my day planned but am going to stick to it. Happy FRIDAY!!!!
