Hey ya'll! I got lots of exercise today and I feel great. Aerobic dance for 30 minutes, brisk walking workout with hand weights, 60 minutes, ab workout, 20 minutes, biggest loser high intensity cardio, 20 minutes. I did good on my diet and I plan to continue to do so, adding the carbs back SLOWLY!!! I hope to get to my goal soon, but I need to be patient. It's important to figure out how to keep losing while still getting enough calories and carbs for the energy I need for my life. It's miserable not having any carbs. Exercising rocks, it really boosted my mood and turned a cruddy weigh-in morning to a pleasant, energetic afternoon! Hope everyone had a good day! :)
