No Change in weight. I'm adding more fish into my life. I'm joining a gym this week. I need to do something different. Probably should cut back on the alcohol beverages especially on work/week nights.

Well you have a plan and you will figure out what works for you.. anyway a no gain is a good thing..its not a race Ive been told... and I'm trying to teach myself this is my lifestyle so enjoy ;)
