Thank you everyone. And a BIG HELLO to you all. It's great to know so many people are supporting you. I'm just making little changes to my diet right now. Drinking tea with honey in the mornings instead of cream and sugar loaded coffee. Drinking water for my meals instead of mild or soda. Also I'm trying to stick to my calorie limit, although my food choices aren't the greatest. I hope to start adding a few more healthy choices.
