Did my keto strip, I'm burning fat! This may sound weird, but I work in an office, sit most of the day. So, since I go potty so often, I am taking off my shoes and running in place. Straighten up my hair and off I go. Wonder if anyone is noticing I'm breathing heavy. hahahaha

Anyone coming into my office would think I have tourettes or something - I deliberately keep my feet and legs moving. Sometime they tell me to stop when my feet tap to much.

maybe this would help u keep moving at work..have u seen the mini pedal bikes for under a desk? there are tons of these online. walmart even has them.

Thanks for the mini pedal bike thingie, but my chair squeaks big time, our ceilings are made of tin and very high. I would absolutely drive my staff insane. Hmmm, good idea

After a few weeks, your body will adapt to using ketones instead of glucose, and these strips will barely show a trace. Also, there are two ketones - BHB (which is what is in ketone supplements) and acetoacetate which is what the strips measure.
