I feel so driven in the last 2 weeks. I have no desire to cheat or plan 'treats'. I am solely focused on the targets! I have given up alcohol which stalled me and feel different to the first 8 weeks where I felt constrained by what I was doing. I now feel its giving me life... I hope that it lasts. I don't want this to go away.
