Here we go... begins here RiverratJ.. a drop... now if your similar to this ole girl I'm learning a new mind set myself.. this is my way of life and I'm planning accordingly...it will be hard not to use it as a quick fix ...after I get to my goal weight but then I will learn to apply maintenance this time out Im a newbie to keto .. I did the Atkins way and was successful like you sweetie...then after the wt loss my mind set was null...back at it the correct way. Have a successful and enjoyable Sunday.. I'm here for you Riverrat..even if we are fighting the rivers current at times ...we can do it;)
