Started weight watchers today. Heidi asked me to start the diet again with her to keep eachother on track. Staci asked me if I would like to start a workout plan with her... I really should. It would probably MAKE me go workout. I know Jami started working out again and I want to keep up with her. I walked to today on the treadmill for 30mins, burned 214 calories and went 1.8 miles. Tomorrow my goal is 2mi. Baby steps. I just really want to be able to look good memorial day weekend in case its nice I can wear a bathing suit and wow everyone! Plus spring clothes are already coming out, I want a pair of skinny jeans!!!!
My food journal goes as follows ( I MUST KEEP TRACK ) half a can of chunky healthy request vegetable & pasta soup (yuck) sloppy joe (on wheat bun) 2 packages of fruit roll up stackers 1 can Coke Zero (no points) 2 bottles of water (plus!!) footlong chicken teryaki sub
A good start. I'm feeling kind of hungry but I will just keep doing things to keep my mind busy. I'm just so used to snacking. Okay thats all for now.. I'll make sure to keep this thing updated!! I have to keep myself on track somehow.
