Journal Jan 24, 2018 Had leftover Red River Cereal for breakfast at 11:30 am, with banana & yogurt. So good. Lunch at 4 pm- leftover serving of pork tenderloin reworked into Mo Shu Pork Tortilla. Tasty. Then supper at 8:15 - repeat of lunch. Snacking this evening though & craving something sweet. Had Hot chocolate with some mini marshmallows in it. NOT WORKING.... going to bed.
