I have been up and down on my weight after having been diagnosed with diabetes 1 1/2 years ago. I know that when my weight is down, my diabetes does much better. In fact, I don't have to take any medication at all. But the last few months, I have really put the weight back on and now it is time to change that. So, I started at 257, am at 245 and am headed to 190 pounds.

Diet Calendar Entries for 24 March 2010:
